The journey begins in the lower Marsyangdi Valley and gradually climbs through lush forests, terraced farmland and traditional mountain villages before reaching the high-altitude landscapes of Manang. The highlight of the trek is crossing the legendary Thorong La Pass at 5,416 meters, followed by a descent into the culturally rich Mustang region and the sacred pilgrimage site of Muktinath.
