Trekking
The Khopra Ridge Trek is a spectacular off-the-beaten-path adventure in Nepal’s Annapurna region. The trek combines peaceful rhododendron forests, traditional Gurung and Magar villages, alpine meadows and breathtaking Himalayan panoramas with far fewer crowds than the classic Annapurna trails.
The highlight is Khopra Danda (3,660m), an impressive ridge offering panoramic views of Dhaulagiri, Annapurna South, Machhapuchhre, Nilgiri and surrounding Himalayan peaks. For adventurous trekkers, the optional day excursion to the sacred Khayer Lake (around 4,660m) adds an unforgettable high-altitude experience.
