Day 01 :

Kathmandu/Ramechhap → Lukla (2,860 m) → Phakding (2,610 m)

Max Altitude: 2,860 m / 9,383 ft
Trek Duration: 3 – 4 hours
Overview: Take an early flight to Lukla, meet your trekking crew, and begin walking along the Dudh Koshi River through small Sherpa hamlets to Phakding.

Day 02 :

Phakding → Namche Bazaar (3,440 m)

Trek Duration: 5 – 6 hours
Overview: Enter Sagarmatha National Park at Monjo, cross high suspension bridges (including the famous Hillary Suspension Bridge), and climb the steep trail up to Namche Bazaar.

Acclimatization Day in Namche Bazaar

Overview: Hike up to Hotel Everest View for your first glimpse of Mt. Everest, Ama Dablam, and Lhotse. Return to Namche to visit the local market and Sherpa Museum.

Lobuche → Gorak Shep (5,164 m) → Everest Base Camp (5,364 m) → Gorak Shep

Overview: Trek along the rugged moraine to Gorak Shep, drop off your main bags, and press on to Everest Base Camp. Stand at the edge of the Khumbu Icefall before returning to Gorak Shep to sleep.

Gorak Shep → Kala Patthar (5,555 m) → Pheriche (4,371 m)

Overview: Pre-dawn climb up Kala Patthar for the ultimate 360-degree sunrise view over Mt. Everest (since Everest itself is hidden from Base Camp). Descend past Gorak Shep and Lobuche down to Pheriche.

Day 10 :

Pheriche → Namche Bazaar (3,440 m)

Trek Duration: 6 – 7 hours
Overview: A long descent winding back through Pangboche, Tengboche, and down into Namche Bazaar where oxygen feels noticeably thicker.

Day 11 :

Namche Bazaar → Lukla (2,860 m)

Trek Duration: 6 – 7 hours
Overview: Final day on the trail. Descend along the Dudh Koshi River back to Lukla to celebrate the completion of the trek with your team.

Day 12 :

Lukla → Kathmandu/Ramechhap Flight

Overview: Fly back to Kathmandu/Ramechhap early in the morning and transfer to your hotel.

Day 13 :

Day 13: Buffer / Contingency Day

Overview: Reserved in case of weather-related mountain flight delays out of Lukla.

Day 14 :

Day 14: Kathmandu Sightseeing / Final Departure

Overview: Rest, souvenir shopping in Thamel, or city sightseeing before taking your international flight home.
